Josh Wells shot a 4-over 76 and sits in 12th place after the second round at the NCAA Division II Men's Golf Central Regional Tuesday. Wells opened with a 1-over 73 and has a 149 after two rounds. Winona State's Troy Merritt leads with a 140.
Wells birdied the 15th hole but had five bogeys in the round. Teammate Craig Signorin rebounded from an opening-day 87 to fire a 3-over 75. His two-day total 162 is 39th overall. Signorin birdied the fourth and 15th holes, but ended his round with a double-bogey.
